My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Billy is a gorgeous, 3 year old lab mix. He is primarily black but has white and brown feathering throughout his body. He even has dew claws so we know Great Pyre is in his DNA somewhere along the line. He weighs 70 lbs and has a wonderful temperament. He knows how to sit, stay, lay down, and kennel. What a smart boy! He gets along with everyone including other dogs, kids, and cats. Billy led a normal secure life until June 1st. On that fateful day, his owner packed all her belongings and left the state early that morning. She took her other two small dogs but left Billy behind. He was found two days later living up under the house with no food or water. He is very confused right now. He doesn't understand where his family has gone. He is trying real hard to adjust to this drastic change in his life. He is a very lovable fun loving boy. He takes everything in stride and tries his best to please you. He is experiencing many new things in his foster home, but he craves the security and routine of a forever family. This is what he has been accustomed to and what he deserves. Billy is currently in TN but will be transported to New England the end of September. Billy is a really good boy who deserves another chance at being a part of a loving family.
