My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BAXTER is less than one year old who had obviously been neglected and then was abandoned in a neighboring town a few weeks ago. Since PDR took him in on Sept. 15th, he has been neutered, given his inoculations and was professionally groomed so that this poor boy can see and feel better! He is a terrier mix, is a medium size dog (he's leggy), is about 85%house trained, gets along well with all dogs in our home (16), rides well in the car, was a perfect boy with his groomer (he loves the attention), and is a very affectionate, loving boy who loves to cuddle, be a lap dog, sleep in your bed with you, and have his belly rubbed. Baxter's adopter will have to make the commitment to get him regular professional groomed on a regular basis, as his hair was quite long when he arrived here.

If you would like to schedule a sleepover with Baxter, please call Laurie at (575) 313-7232. Our adoption guidelines and application are available on our website at www.puppydogranch.org
