Jackie's Story...
Hi Everyone! My name is Jackie and I am a 5 year old male orange tabby. My current mommy went through a really bad domestic violence situation and then a divorce. Because of this she is heartbroken that she has to now find me a new home. She originally thought she has some more time but has recently found out that she only has until September 20th to find me a either a foster home or a new furever family so I don't end up in a shelter. I am very bonded to Jill and am hoping to find a new home together with her.

I am neutered, front declawed, up to date on vaccinations, and have tested FeLV/FIV negative. I have been very well loved, have lived in a multi-pet home, and am great with small children. If you could find it in your heart to either foster me or adopt me, please contact Kitty Junction via email or by phone 267-880-6962 as soon as possible as my mommy is running out of time:(

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackie, a Horsham Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Horsham, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Horsham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Horsham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Horsham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Horsham paves the way for another one to be saved.
