I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Bentley is very comical, always running, bouncy, and happy. LOVES to tell the world 'Hey I'm here'! He loves hanging out with people and running as fast as he can around the yard chasing his doggie friends or searching for squirrels! We are not sure of his exact breed, he weighs about 19 pounds and is 12 inches tall at the shoulders. Bentley is about 18 months old. Neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, and micro-chipped.
He is VERY handsome and extremely lovable! Once he is comfortable with people he is very playful, loves to climb all over a person and wrestle, he would not be good with small children because of his playfulness. He is crate trained. He does well going outside to potty but accidents can and do happen with all new pets. He does require a backyard and would not do well in an apartment because he has too much happy energy, he loves to bark and play!
WE DO NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR PETS. We do not have a facility that opens to the public, our pets are in foster homes so that we can get to know them. We meet by appointment.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an Adoption Application or for more information on our Adoption process. Also, please take the time to visit our website www.pawedsquad.com for additional information.
Adoptions are NOT done on a first-come basis - rather we match each dog's personality & temperament with that of a prospective new adopter as well as the adopter's pets /family situation to help insure more successful adoptions of rescue dogs. Home visit evaluations and reference checks may be required. PLEASE be aware, we do not adopt out to a home that has an animal which has not been spayed or neutered.
We represent the pet to the best of our ability, they are rescue dogs and we don't always get their history. We at Pawed Squad do the best we can to match the pets with the right home.
We are a group of friends and family that want the best for the animals that are abandoned or strays. These wonderful pets are rescued, loved, vetted, and happy. We want them to be in a home that is best suited for them. We encourage that adopters study the breed they are interested in, look up the websites, check out books on the breed to make sure they can know as much as possible about the particular breed. We do home checks, vet checks, and follow up visits. We want to make sure that every pet is a perfect match for their new home. All of our pets are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
When adopting a new friend, it is an important decision. We at Pawed Squad want this to be a lifelong commitment. Animals are not disposable, they are our friends and deserve to be given the love they deserve. So many of these pets come from shelters where they are abandoned and rescued by our group.
