Ginger's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Ginger's Story...
Short and round with a stubby tail that nevers stops wagging that's Ginger. She is energetic and outgoing, loves people and is good with other dogs. Doesn't much care for cats. She is 4 years old and lost her owner whom she adored to death. She was very scared when she first came into foster care but adjusted very quickly. Once she makes that adjustment she becomes very attached to you and wants nothing more than to please. She loves to go for long walks and ride in the car.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Marion Corgi/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Dachshund for sale in Marion, or seeking a Corgi/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Dachshund breeders who help with Corgi/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
