Brewski is a very smart, 7 year old Yorkiepoo with energy. He loves to be on the go, but also loves to cuddle on my lap. He is learning to walk on the leash and is very good at listening. Brewski has some separation anxiety from primary caregiver, but settles down with others he knows in time. Some barking upon being left totally alone, but is he is not barking upon return. Brewski loves to ride in the car, he barks at knocks on the door, but once he greets visitors and they greet him, he settles right down. He is so gentle, and loves to lick hands and faces a lot. He does jump in laps when people are sitting. I make sure it is okay with the person, but he just is very social and wants to acknowledge and be acknowledged. Brewski loves his little soccer ball and will run after it when tossed. We are working on him bringing it back, as he comes part way and wants me to come to him. He loves to play 'chase me' and will run around the house to play. He is very agile with his paws batting the ball and stopping it like a soccer player! Brewski has a good appetite with can food, chicken and some cheese. Starting to try more kibble, which is newer to him. Brewski loves to be petted. He sleeps in the bed with me and sleeps, through the night unless an unexpected noise awakens him. It is easy to dress him in harness /sweater and is easy to dry with a blanket if he gets wet in the grass. He is very gentle and willing. he does go on furniture which is okay with me. He Lets me know when he doesn't want to walk, or wants to play. He Knows "sit", "down" "up" with hand signal, "no" (firm). He Also knows 'walk' and 'car/ride/bye-bye'. He likes,to greet other dogs, and is learning boundaries with them depending on the dog. He does not live with other pets now. He is good with children 9 and older and all adults as well as larger groups outside like at a school soccer game. Unsure of younger children. Brewski is awell behaved boy who is full of life and loves attention and being loved as well as giving complete unconditional love and cuddles!!
