Boss's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Boss's Story...
Boss is a big handsome boy who came to us due to a divorce. There was only enough room in the car for one of the dogs and therefore Boss ended up at the shelter. He had previously lived with a lab though we are unsure if it was male or female. Boss is black and tan with cropped ears with one flopped. He's about 5 years old, but you'd never know it with how interested and excited he is in everything. He was a little too interested and bit nippy with cats so would be best in a home without them. He did meet some other dogs over a gate and had nothing but kisses to give. He does get pretty excited when he sees other dogs and may be a bit pushy (he was also just neutered after he came to us) but we'll continue to test him out as we get to know him better.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boss, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
