My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dash is a 2 year old handsome black boy. he is not cat or small dog tolerant .tolerant. He is a little shy but is coming around.

Dash is my name. I'm a little shy, but am getting more confident everyday. Now I look forward to running out the door to play with the volunteers. I love to pick up the string toy and try and sneak it into the kennel, but the volunteer tells me I must leave it for the next hound to play with. So, I settle for my big milk bone while I wait for breakfast.

Dash is a gorgeous dog. He is living in a quiet foster home and seems to enjoy that environment. Dash loves when Sadie, the foster mom's granddog, comes to visit. He watches her carefully and adopts her behaviors. Dash would likely enjoy having a medium to large doggie sibling. Dash is still quite shy around strangers, but is gaining confidence every day. He would do better with older children.
