Peanut's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Peanut's Story...
Peanut was found in horrible condition at the shelter- filthy, matted and infested with fleas. After a good grooming we found an amazing little guy under all that hair! Peanut is loving and forms a strong bond with his human. He can become over protective of his owner and needs a confident pack leader. Due to his protective nature, peanut would do best in a home without children. He has a bit of a wobble when he walks so he would not do good hiking, but he has no problem jumping off the couch or going for long walks. With his adorable underbite and crooked smile, Peanut is sure to win your heart! Peanut is 5 years old and weighs 22 lbs. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peanut, a Encino Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel for sale in Encino, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
