What a hidden gem! Scarlett O Hara, the two year old German Shepherd has it all – brains, beauty, and brawn! She’s smart as a whip, which was evident when she was housetrained in two days, and learned to sit for her treats in one day. She’s a beautiful girl with lovely coloring and she daintily crosses her front legs when she lies down. She barks at strangers when they come into her yard, which is reassuring when her foster mom’s kids are playing outside. She loves children and loves to play, but is also very calm when she’s indoors. She loves to chew bones but doesn’t chew shoes or things she’s not supposed to, which is an added bonus. Scarlett graciously curls up at your feet in the evening and occasionally looks up at you with those caramel colored eyes as if to say thank you.
