BONES's Story...
REFERRAL - Bones is a 3 year old male pit, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. He is a very sweet boy, very friendly and gets along very well with other dogs. If another dog has an attitude with him, Bones just ignores them and turns away. He's an exceptional boy. Bones was relinquished by his owners who were divorcing as neither one of them could keep him. They had rescued him from a bad owner about a year ago. They asked me to please find a permanent home for him so he doesn't get bounced around any more. The woman would also like to have contact with the new owner just so she knows he's doing well. For more information please contact Shanna, Grand Valley Pit Crew, 970-234-8612, grandvalleypitcrew@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BONES, a Littleton Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Littleton, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Littleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Littleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Littleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Littleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
