Here's what the humans have to say about me:
10/31
Oakley is a handsome, lovable one year old boy. He loves to play fetch or tug-of-war. He enjoys playful wrestling with his foster sister, and running in the yard with her. Oakley's most endearing trait is that he loves to curl up on your lap or on the couch next to you to cuddle. It's a nightly routine to snuggle with Oakley before going to bed. He is crate trained, house trained, and obeys commands.
Oakley was just transferred to us from a local shelter were he was found as a stray and never claimed. He is neutered, current on shots and on heartworm prevention. We are currently treating him for worms. He has been placed in a foster home to learn basic home manners and will be ready in about 30 days. The vet guesses him around 1 to 1 1/2 yrs old. Watch for more updates!
Update on Oakley: Oakley is house trained and enjoys going on car rides and walks. Oakley also loves to play, he really enjoys a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. Oakley has learned to sit and lay down. He is working on walking on a gentle lead and leash. He is good with other pets and children. This sweet boy will make a great addition to a family. He seems like he would make a good running companion (while on a leash) also. A big bonus with Oakley is that he LOVES to snuggle and cuddle.
