Sue ellen is an approximate 1 to 1-1/2 year old gorgeous white Pit Bull mix - maybe with Boxer? She is white all over, with the exception of one big, and two or three smaller gray-brown subtle spots on her ears, and she has beautiful green eyes. And, she has the CUTEST speckled pink nose that makes you just want to kiss her on it!
Sue ellen has already been a Mommy in her young life, and she tragically lost two of her four puppies who were whelped in a not-so-good shelter in Northern North Carolina. Fortunately for Sue ellen, 8 weeks after her puppies were born, a nice lady nearby adopted her two surviving puppies, and pulled Sue ellen from that bad environment. Then she drove her to Charlotte, NC, where she met a You Lucky Dog Rescue volunteer and foster who brought her home and has been fostering her ever since in his & his wife's home with seven other dogs - so Sue ellen obviously gets along well with other dogs! (But, she has not been "cat-tested" yet.)
Sue ellen is still a bouncy, playful pup despite all she has been through in her short life. She loves to play with other dogs, but she still is working on learning her boundaries with them - sometimes, she plays a little too rough! So, she will need a patient guardian who will show her the way & teach her basic obedience and manners. Sue ellen is also VERY loving and drawn to people - she just wants someone to love on her & love back & call her own! Are you that special someone for Miss Sue ellen? She sure hopes so!
