OPHELIA's Story...
Are you worthy of pursuing this beauty? She thinks so, she loves everyone! A tiny package of scruffy cuteness, she is eager to meet and please people. Female, young adult, terrier mix, approx. 9 lbs. Pulled from the East Valley Shelter.

FROM HER FOSTER: Ophelia needs someone who will be around. She is very attached and is the type of dog who probably won’t do well alone often. She is beyond special, very playful but not hyper–she is glad to take a nap while I work, a great lap dog and is really cute and funny. She is potty trained and just wants love , love, love :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

OPHELIA, a Los Angeles Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
