My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoption fee $0 (if adopted by a senior person) or $250

Zeus is a tiny 11 year old 5lb Male Poodle. He is a healthy, happy boy who is in our senior to senior program. Our senior program allows a senior citizen to adopt without an adoption fee. Zeus loves to sit in your lap and to snuggle, loving to be close to his human. He can be found right next to his foster mom no matter what she does or where she goes, he is right there. He loves to go for short strolls and play fetch. Totally potty trained with exceptional good manners, he will also let you know if the mailman comes by or a knock at the door but then settles right down. Zeus has been totally vetted and had his teeth cleaned so he will not need anything done. He just wants to find a senior person to love him. Zeus does have one downfall, shh...he loves ice cream, so please let him lick the bowl. Sorry Zeus but we have to tell the truth, you are an ice cream loving Poodle!

Requirements for adoption

Please be retired so Zeus can be with you all the time
No dogs larger than 10lbs in the home
No children, he needs a quiet home
We insist on a integrative approach to vet care and nutritional well being for our Poodles

Poodles need to go to a professional groomer every 6-8 weeks at a cost of about $50, so please factor that into the costs associated with dog ownership.
