Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi My Name is DELILAH
I am a German Shepherd Mixed with perhaps Cattle Dog / Heeler but am def more German Shepherd
I have the cutest White Socks with Red Freckles but the rest is all GSD
I am approx 1 year old
I am spayed, up to date on shots and Micro-chipped by Home Again
I am Good with dogs, both big and small
I am still a puppy and love to play, play, play and give kisses
I am working on basic training but I get so happy and excited. So someone with patience to teach me my commands would be wonderful
I feel that someone with large dog experience would be best to adopt me
I am a very active dog and will need A lot of exercise
I feel that a Home with a large, secure back yard for me to run around in would be best for me
I am a good walker with my harness.
I am house trained

DELILAH'S STORY
I lived the first year of my life on a very heavy chain, that was pad locked to my neck on a choke collar that was way too small for my neck. I was given just enough room to walk in a circle. This lead to my collar cutting into my neck leaving my skin without fur, raw and bleeding. THANK HEAVEN I was RESCUED. My neck wounds are healing and I am pretty sure my fur will grow back in time. There will Not be Any long term problems from this once it all heals.

Due to never living in a home before, I am still a bit skid-ish inside a house, and things that move and make noise scare me. But I am working on this. However, I love to run, play and frolic in my foster moms backyard with her other dogs.
