My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Lupe' and I'm kind of loopy! :) I'm a very nice, quiet boy, about 2 1/2 - 3 yrs., and would love to be your constant companion. I'm VERY well-trained, responsive, and obedient. I have to get to know you a few times before I feel comfortable, but once I do, I'm committed to you forever. I don't care much for squirrels so if you want them out of your yard, I'm your guy! I like to be with other dogs, run around and play chase, but I do play kind of rowdy. I do chase tennis balls too!

Lupe' is a special guy, very attentive, about 2 1/2 -3 yrs. He LOVES to go on walks, ride in the car, and is happy just being by your side. He is somewhat fearful of new people and situations, and has some mild separation issues.

He does not do well in a crate, but he is not destructive. We think the best home for this boy is with someone who is around a lot, or could take him to work with them. He takes a little longer to trust and settle in, but when you get past that part, he is a beautiful, loving, happy dog. He is not overly active, and is a TOTAL cuddle bug. Lupe' needs a little extra time to transition into a new home, but the time and effort will be well worth it.
