My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willie is a senior bichon who came to us after his owner went into a nursing home. Willie is a sensitive little boy who has lost his hearing and has poor eyesight. Willie needs a special someone who can move slowly, go at his pace and be gentle. Willie gets very snappy and anxious if you move to quickly. Willie allows his foster mom to touch him, give him a good massage and scratch his back and gentle pick him up. Willie remains inches away from her at all times. Willie panics at the groomers now so home grooming is best, where is feels safe and his owner can groom at a very slow pace. Willie needs a home without many steps, a patient loving human who knows how difficult life can be for an uprooted senior Bichon. Willie is a good boy, has a great appetite, enjoys walks and car rides, other dogs and is looking for a quiet home to retire in.
