Odette's Story...
Hi! my name is Odette and I am looking for a loving, forever home. I was rescued with my daughter Jinx from a very unsafe beach for dogs in Puerto Rico. My daughter and I now reside in Dedham, Mass. We can be adopted separately. Everyone says I am a very friendly, sweet lab who is a good mother too :)). I am about a year and a half and 70 lbs. I am great with people and dogs. If you would like to meet me please email Can't wait to meet you. Love and Kisses Odette :)).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Odette, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
