Hey there Posh furiends! My name is Nemo. I’m a big, gentle American Bulldog mix boy and I would love to find a forever home of my own. I’m named after the Disney movie because, like Nemo, I have something unique that makes me special and I’m just trying to find my way home.
I was rescued by Posh Pets last summer with demodectic mange and infections in all over my body. I have come so far since then and would LOVE nothing more than to find someone to continue my journey with. I overcame the infections, but my skin is still sensitive. So I just need to stay away from grains in my food and like to take vitamins to keep me healthy and handsome. My hair has grown in all over my body, but my face is still a little patchy. I like to call it my “five o’clock shadow”
I’ve been to basic training and passed with flying colors. I love hanging out with other dogs, but would be cool with being your one and only too. I like to play with pups and people, but I also really love to cuddle and give and get love!!!! One of my favorite things to do once I make a friend is snuggle up and get belly rubs. Don’t let my size fool you – I can squeeze all 66 lbs of myself into your lap if you’ll let me. I also really like having my chin scratched. Bonus points if you do this while I’m upside down in your lap. Now that’s what I call a good time!
