Betsy's Story...
I have a beautiful 5 pound tuxedo kitten, Sweet Betsy, that I have been fostering who needs a good home.

Betsy was rescued at a school iin San Jose. She was hungry and now with lot's of TLC is doing so well and ready for a loving INDOOR home.

She is very affectionate, likes to lick my face and nibble gently on my nose. Her purr is giant sized, and she loves to be held and petted while curled up on my chest and under my chin. Her fur is silky and soft. She gets along well with my four adult cats and one 6 month old kitten.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betsy, a San Jose Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Jose, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in San Jose.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Jose already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Jose breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Jose paves the way for another one to be saved.
