Did you know that Martina means “warring”? Well you best believe that people are going to be fighting for my affection! But I only want to bring peace and love the world. I was found running with my sister, Melanie, lost and nowhere to go. Then by the graces of goodness I was picked up, given refuge and transferred here to Family Dogs. I am still pretty nervous, so it does take me a little bit to warm up, but I am really sweet on the inside and all I want is to share my love. A family with kids 8+ will suit me best, I can be a little skittish at times and I think older kids who understand that will be great fun, I'd just adore all the gentle affection they have to offer! I love other dogs and am really enjoying the opportunity to run and play here all day. I am even working on my crate training and making strides. So mind your manners; no pushing or shoving, there is no reason to fight over me. I have all the love in the world to share with the right family. 1 year old-20lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; microchip, spay, reduced training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, dog food sample.
