Coco-Adopted!'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Coco-Adopted!'s Story...
Coco was found wandering loose and rescued by a volunteer. She is a sweet, though sometimes shy, young girl who gets along well with other dogs after a slow introduction and then loves to play. She is very affectionate and likes to be around people. She will cuddle in bed with you and give lots of kisses and she is so sweet and lovable she'll steal your heart away! Coco is ready to find a new owner who is ready and willing to take her through obedience training so she can learn her commands that will keep her safe and well behaved. We think she would do best in a home without children or cats. She weighs about 46 pounds. Birth date 2/1/13

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco-Adopted!, a Detroit American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Detroit, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
