Virgo's Story...
Meet Virgo! He is 6 weeks old and looking for his forever home. He loves to give kisses and play with toys. He is primarily white, but he has a white ring around his neck, which makes him unique (and adorable). His mother, Molly, was pulled from a kill shelter while very pregnant. She came to FARR and gave birth to 10 beautiful puppies two days later. His adoption fee is $200, which includes the first two sets of shots, minimum of 2 dewormers, and neuter. Virgo and his siblings are fostered in Largo with Amy and Kristen.

If you are interested in meeting him (and his siblings) please contact: adoptfromfarr@yahoo.com and put his name, Virgo, in the subject line.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Virgo, a Largo Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Largo, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
