Squeakers's Story...
Squeakers is a four month old Jack Russell Terrier mix. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and is also microchipped.

Squeakers is a bit shy and can be fearful of loud noises or chaotic environments. She does warm up and is very friendly and loves to be held and gives kisses. She would do best in a quiet environment. She loves other dogs, and would do well in a home with others (her brother Jasper is available for adoption and can go with her), but she would also do well as an only dog. She would prefer a household with older kids as she is a bit fearful of younger kids.

She is really a sweetheart and very calm. She is already a big girl, but probably won't get much larger than 12 lbs. Squeakers is used to sleeping in a pen with her siblings. She is working on being fully housebroken but is pee pee pad trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Squeakers, a Denver Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Denver, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
