In October I rescued a female beagle...Chubbs is her name, she was found running in Juniper Park in Middle Village, Queens New York. Well, I had Chubbs spayed and given all of her shots and is ready for her furever home. Chubbs will make "the perfect family pet". The vet tells me she is roughly 3 or 4 years old.

Chubbs has been in foster care with two elderly women for the last 5 weeks, and they have been working with her. She is obedient, walks well on leash, does not bark (but only when she needs to go pottie) and is just about there on being housebroken. She gets along well with other dogs, but NOT cats. The women have been very patient as I tried to network her to find her original home, and recently her FUREVER home.. but I am coming up short. The women called me Friday night and
are anxious as the colder weather is coming, and they cant walk her in in this weather (they are animal lovers, they have fostered for me in the past, I think its the walking thing that's getting to them.)

We just want a good home for Chubbs, I am not looking for any fees, just a home for her. I have exhausted every measure and
really do not want to bring her to a shelter. She is a very special girl as I can tell the first few years of her life were not that pleasant , she is coming out of her shell finally.. she's a cutie
