My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What a special boy Silas is! Pure gold. We took Silas in from an extremely high kill shelter in west TN in late July. He was incredible emaciated and had suffered a pelvic fracture and a laceration to the bone on his back leg. The vet suggested these injuries were consistent with having been thrown from a moving vehicle. But all of that history now. Silas doesn't hold any grudges, he lives for today and the affection, toys, and good food that it brings! He is a very gentle big puppy and he's extremely smart! In a short time he's learned several commands: sit, shake, and Leave It. He's working on Down, and is making great progress. He's perfectly healthy, loves people of all ages, other dogs, and is great on housetraining. Cats are an unknown. He is crate-trained, neutered, and fully vetted.
