Adorable Alanis's Story...
Hi! my name is Adorable Alanis and I am looking for a loving, forever home. I was rescued with my 3 siblings from a very unsafe beach for dogs in Puerto Rico. Two of my siblings have already been adopted. We have been told that we are all beyond sweet and adorable. I am a real snuggle bunny and would love nothing more than to be a part of a loving family where I could run around and play and then snuggle up on the couch for lots of love and affection. I am about 15 weeks old, very happy and healthy. I weight about 13 lbs now and full grown will be about 30 lbs. I am currently residing in Dedham, Mass. If you would like to meet me please email meryl@thesatoproject.com. Can't wait to meet you. Love and Kisses Alanis :)).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adorable Alanis, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
