Autumn's Story...
Autumn! The season brought to us this 3 month old puppy. She weighed less than 5lbs with a need to be cared for. A little food, bath and a night in a safe place brought us the vibrant puppy personality. This adorable pup is believed to be a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. She loves to play with toys and the big dogs that are in the house.

Autumn is paper trained and working on house training. She loves to explore and gives kisses to everyone. When it is play time we get to hear her little voice but typically she is quiet. During treat time she sits patiently waiting her turn for a treat. Belly rubs are a favorite and you can find her searching out acorns in the back yard.

Autumn has been spayed and started on her vaccinations. She is ready to bring joy to a wonderful family for many seasons to come.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Autumn, a Neosho Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Neosho, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Neosho.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Neosho already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Neosho breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Neosho paves the way for another one to be saved.
