Tala's Story...
A new name along with a new outlook on life

Tala, formerly known as John Doe, is settling into his new foster home.

Our friends at Perkiomenville SPCA were taking great care of Tala while he stayed with them, but they noticed that he was getting depressed. Just in time for the holidays, this sweet older gent traveled to his foster home where he is resting comfortably on a soft bed waiting for his forever family.

Tala is a sweetheart that just wants to love you - the kind of dog you just want to wrap your arms around and protect. We believe he is deaf (he didn't respond to squeaking toys or whistles), but could have that famous "selective Siberian hearing". Tala gladly gives sweet and gentle kisses. All he really wants is to love and be loved.

We are still getting acquainted with Tala - so please check back for updates.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tala, a Boyertown Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Boyertown, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Boyertown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boyertown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boyertown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boyertown paves the way for another one to be saved.
