Tandi's Story...
****Tandi is currently in a foster home! Please call or email to make an appointment to meet her!****

Tandi is a young, friendly and very sweet female pit bull! She was a stray found in the aftermath of the May 20th Oklahoma City/Moore tornado and came to us from the Moore shelter. She absolutely loves to play with people and other dogs - one of her favorite games is fetch! She is spayed and crate trained; as she lives in a kennel, her potty training status is unknown but she rarely has accidents in her kennel.

Tandi would make a great jogging partner or a companion for an active family (or both!). She is sweet and has lots of love and energy to give. And she plays well in almost any group of dogs or people we put her in. Come meet her!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tandi, a Norman Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Norman, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Norman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norman paves the way for another one to be saved.
