Bandit's Story...
Hi my name is Bandit and I am a 1 year 10 months old handsome Black and White Siberian Husky with beautiful blue eyes who is looking for my forever home. It is no mistake that Paws 4 Humanity Inc named me Bandit - look closely at my mask and as you can see it looks like I have the mask of a bandit.

Paws 4 Humanity Inc rescued me from the Jacksonville ACPS shelter as I came in as a stray and have a lot of energy. Paws 4 Humanity Inc took me in as they are very experienced with the husky breed and trained me and helped me to become the wonderful husky that I was meant to be.

I am crated trained, house trained and obedience trained to a degree. I do come to my name, know the sit and down commands but like all huskies, I am a sled dog and tend to pull on a lead. My foster mom is working with me to try to get me to be gentle on a lead and to walk nice. I am a quick learner and am picking it up in spite of my sled dog mentality.

I am a sweet boy and love to be around other dogs, children, and adults. You may want to be a little cautious of me around cats as I have a large prey drive like all of the husky breed and tend to play chase me games with small animals.

Overall I am a handsome, love muffin that is looking for my forever home. If you are interested in adoption yours truly and seeing for yourself just what a wonderful dog that I really am please contact Paws 4 Humanity Inc at 904 771-9516 or shoot them an email to paws4humanity@att.net to request an adoption application which is the first step in their adoption process. Once your adoption application is approved you will then be able to meet the one and only Bandit that has a mask like a bandit and one of the handsomest Siberian Husky's on the planet if I say so myself. I look forward to meeting you soon so that you can see for yourself the loving, happy go lucky, well mannered and good looking guy that I really am and so deserving of a great fur-ever home! Love and kisses - Bandit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bandit, a Jacksonville Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
