Hello,

My name is Jake (short for Jacob) and I am a twelve-year young boy Schnauzer who weighs 25 lbs. I am originally from Virginia where I spent my life with just one family.

Unfortunately, both are now disabled and had to turn me over to rescue as they were not able to walk or take care of me any longer. They gave me to Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati since they heard that SRC does a great job placing fur kids.

I had a full checkup in Cincinnati and didn't even need a dental as I just had one done in June. I am now u-t-d on everything.....only thing missing is that I just wish so much I had a forever home to call my own.

I walk great on the leash and I am a quiet type guy....I get along with others dogs (and cats) and I am used to being in a crate if need be. I am on a special diet (Hill's k/d) to keep my body working good.
