Harley catches people off guard with his human-like gazes. When talking to him he'll look right back like he fully comprehends every word you're saying and sometimes looks like he wants to add a word or two to the conversation. He has a cute nub tail that wags really fast when he sees someone he knows and enjoys snuggling.
