My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella's adoption fee is $375.

My name is Stella and my foster mom says that name really suits me. I really am a shining example of love and affection. I am a 2 year old, quiet (as in not constantly barking) Chihuahua/Terrier mix - the best parts of both breeds. I will warn you when someone comes to the door but I settle down and greet family and friends (and pizza delivery guys) with a wagging tail and a smile. I am up to date on vaccines, spayed and micro chipped.

Right now I live with 5(!) cats and another foster dog. Chloe (my pal) and I are learning to get along together but I must admit I am a little jealous especially when we get treats. We eat our meals side by side and I'm okay with that but I do want to have all the treats. And toys. But when we gang up on a cat we really have some fun! We don't hurt them though and usually we sleep altogether on the bed with a cat or two and nobody misbehaves.

I really enjoy walks except in the rain but if I have a raincoat I don't mind so much. I only weigh about 7 pounds so I'm easy to carry if you take me on a really long walk

I don't know if I've been around really young children but the teens at my foster home ADORE me. I love them too and always want to play or cuddle up on someone's lap. I like to spread my love around to everybody in the house. (But I do know that the person who feeds me and walks me the most is extra special.)
