Clifford - PENDING!'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Clifford - PENDING!'s Story...
Clifford is a yellow lab mix who weighs about 80 pounds, but he could stand to gain about 10 more pounds! He has been neutered. Clifford is Housetrained.

He is great with everyone he meets rides great in the car, VERY gentle, well-mannered, & walks well on leash. If your bed is too big for you, Clifford is your boy because he is quite the bed hog. He was very underweight, blind in one eye due to an old trauma that was never cared for. He also tested positive for HWs, giardia, hookworms & whipworms. We’re getting him on the mend & preparing him for his new home though & Clifford is taking it all in stride. He is SUCH a good boy!

Clifford was pulled from the local county shelter thanks to an opening in our foster care.

Adoption Fee: $100, which includes vaccinations, rabies, deworming, current heartworm & flea prevention, & spay/neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clifford - PENDING!, a Clarksville Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
