HANK's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

HANK's Story...
One of the most unusual and gorgeous dogs that we have ever had. This handsome guy is HANK. Hank is male, and the breed is a real mystery. He is all brindled like a Plott Hound, but the vet felt like he was more a Cur mix of some sort. He has a pretty baying sound at times and he is cute as a button. Hank is approx 16 weeks old, and currently weighs 22 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and on all monthly preventatives. Hand is a friendly guy, playful, loves any other dog he comes in contact with. Loves having his tummy rubbed and just is the sweetest dog ever. He will give you kisses, loves attention and affection, and just makes you smile when you look at him. He is ready to transport to his new home at anytime.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HANK, a Glastonbury Mountain Cur/Plott Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur/Plott Hound for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Mountain Cur/Plott Hound dog from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur/Plott Hound breeders who help with Mountain Cur/Plott Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
