Born to Rigby, who was rescued as a pregnant stray, on 8/29/13. Loretta is a playful girl who loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home. She loves her people, including older kids, and is more than happy to cuddle up on the couch, but is also content to entertain herself. Loretta is housetrained and knows some basic commands. She would do well with another playful dog her size to play with.
