Lucy is a Doll!

Lucy’s goal is to find someone who wants a a 71-lb. lap dog! She quickly became a favorite at Safe Place. She can be low-key and quiet until you bring out the tennis ball. Then her wagging tail and happy body language yell “play ball” and she is relentless until you put away the ball. Lucy came to Safe Place from CR Animal Control, where she was brought in as a stray by a citizen on August 27. When not playing ball, she is low-key and quiet. We believe Lucy is an American bull dog/pit bull mix.
