Meet Jupiter- a young man who is wondering what he did to become cast aside like trash...

Jupiter came to us recently, bearing the signs of a long term life spent outside- despite his tender age of just 4 years old. This adorable guy was found in a live trap, after being observed wandering alone through a neighborhood for quite some time. He had thick matts in his gorgeous fur, which contained prickly and irritating burs...and he also had several ticks calling his snuggly body home.

Now that he is cleaned up, Jupiter is ready for that second chance at a life with a forever family. At one time, he had a home to call his own, as Jupiter has been front paw declawed and neutered...obviously at some point, someone cared enough about him to do those things- but the mystery lies in why he is no longer with that family. As wonderful and sweet as his 'purr'sonality is, it certainly can't be because of anything he did.

Let that person's loss be your gain, when you opt to make Jupiter a permanent part of your heart and home. He would make a fabulous lap warmer on those chilly nights, and will follow you with devoted eyes as you move from room to room in the house. At just 4 years of age, Jupiter has plenty of play inside his body- he will scamper after any toy with glee, and happily swat at it back and forth!
