Chelsea's Story...
Hi! My name is PRINCESS CHELSEA, but you can call me CHELSEA for short ... just don't call me shorty! I'm a little shy until i know you, but I'm the sweetest little cuddle bug that you will ever meet ... if I do say so myself!

My favorite thing is to sit in your lap, staring into your eyes, and feeling safe. I am a shy girl, but my 4 foster brothers are teaching me to run and play and rough-house ... maybe bringing out a little of the tenacious terrier traits. Little people do frighten me a bit, especially because I don't like being picked up the wrong way.

At about 3 years old, I'm out of the chewing and house-training stage - I just need to know what the house rules are...I'm a fast learner (probably because I'm a girl)! I only weigh 9lbs, so when I burrow under your covers at night you won't even know I'm there.

If you have a home where I can get lots of attention, give us a shout and tell 'em you're looking for CHELSEA

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chelsea, a Kingwood Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
