Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Basco, formally named Django, was temperament evaluated while at the Ventura County Animal Shelter and found to be an amazing, mellow, happy boy, and so his life was saved. He is an energetic 2 year old male Pit Bull Terrier. He is treat-motivated and has learned to sit and shake. He has a big smile and a big heart. He loves to play fetch and also enjoys going for walks. He is currently in a foster home, but needs a forever home SOON.
Not sure how he is with cats because the foster home doesn't have any. He is house trained, knows basic commands, and walks well on a leash. In foster care he spends his days outside in a big yard, and then sleeps inside on his bed at night. He has never tried to escape, dig, or tear anything up. He is just such a good boy!
When he has had to opportunity to interact with children he has done great, and while visiting the dog park he interacted with many different size dogs very well.
His adoption fees are already paid for which covered his neuter, license, micro chip, up to date vaccinations and obedience classes.
Please contact Tammy @ (940) 222-1141 or tamsharmon@gmail.com if you are interested in giving this loving boy his forever home!
