My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Georgey is a fantastic, super docile big Lab "puppy".who loves everyone and everything. He's about 80lbs and just under a year old. he is great with any dog, kids and even cats, but he does have a lot of lab puppy energy so may be too much for super small kids. He was originally rescued and trained by the USDA to be a cargo detection dog, but "failed" because he wanted to say hi to everyone and distracted. He is housetrained and crate trained if needed, he listens extremely well and we think he may be mixed with a pointer or setter as he's a bit taller and thinner build than a pure lab. He knows commands but he does pull on the leash so will need training there, not at all a barker and LOVES to run! He needs a home where he can get the exercise he needs as he grows into an adult, another playful dog would be ideal for this gorgeous ham! George is neutered, has all vaccines, is heartworm negative and on all preventatives, has a valid health certificate and is micro-chipped. He also loves to ride in the car and his favorite thing in the world is dogs parks and to play ball like all labs. Home check and application required, email about your family for an application and come meet him with your dog and family.
