Her name is Petunia and she’s ready to go home with YOU!
Petunia is a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier and she is available for adoption in Eugene, Oregon.
Petunia’s human has fallen on some hard times and has found herself no longer able to care for Petunia, which means Petunia needs to find a great loving family who will take her into their home and love her for the rest of her life! Petunia is well past her bad puppy habits and is a well behaved young adult, perfect for someone who doesn’t want any chewed up shoes or potty accidents! Petunia has already done basic training and has been recently working with a trainer twice a week. She is crate trained, and she even loves being in her crate. Petunia loves to play with other dogs, and wouldn’t mind a male canine companion in her new home, but small dogs scare Petunia (who can blame her, it’s the little ones that are scary!) Since Petunia doesn’t like small dogs, a home without cats is recommended as well.
This girl is quite a girly girl too! She loves to sunbathe, and loves to cuddle. Petunia loves car rides as well, especially if it’s a car ride on her way to go shopping for some new toys! She rides amazing in the car so if you are someone who loves to travel, or just wants a dog that will accompany you everywhere, Petunia is your girl! She also loves to meet new people, so no worries about taking her out on adventures all over town! Petunia could use some help with her leash pulling and greeting people a little more calmly, but she is such a well behaved girl already, these should be easy tasks to accomplish.
