"SUSIE AND SAMMY" are a brother and sister pair who were born March 25, 2009. They were adopted together as puppies by a wonderful and loving couple from a Breeder .
Sadly, the husband died a year after that. Now their beloved mom is terminally ill and can no long care for them. The time has come to let go...

These two Poodles have been deeply loved, the center of attention and well cared for during this difficult time by their mom and various family members. Through you generous donations, Picket Fence Poodle Rescue is grateful to be able to help this family.
Sammy and Susie are available for adoption and will need to remain together. Just like children (siblings) we have seen that these two will argue and get upset with each other, but cry when one is missing.... Susie would be just fine without her brother, but Sammy is very dependent and bonded with his sister.
Sammy and Susie are "oversized" Toy Poodles measuring 12" from the floor to their shoulders. Sammy is 9.5 pounds and Susie weights 8.5 pounds It is very rare that we receive brown, young and such beautiful, AKC registered Poodles.
Both of these Poodles have been well socialized, love to sit in a lap or will follow you around the house. While both of these Poodles have wonderful, gentle, sweet personalities and great dispositions, Sammy has proven to be more outgoing and sociable and Susie lets him.
Please no small children or large dogs.
Brown is a difficult color to photography, so in a different light (as pictured outside) they may not look brown... but they are!
All Vet work has been done and copies are included. This includes teeth cleaned, heartworm tested negative and placed on a preventative, worming, micro-chipped, shots are up to date and they have been Vet checked healthy.
Their $500.00 adoption fee includes their kennels with blankets, 2 bags of dog food, treats, a supply of vitamins, a leash, collar, toys, beds and information to help start your adoption on the right paw forward.
