CHEWY's Story...
Chewy is a 5 year old neutered, not completely housebroken male Poodle. He does great on a leash and want to be around people. Chewy has some dental issues that will require a procedure to remove some. He needs a fenced in yard (higher than 6 feet). He must be the only dog in the home as he does not get along with other dogs. Stop in and meet with Chewy and pick up an application in our front office.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CHEWY, a Sandusky Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Sandusky, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Sandusky.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sandusky already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sandusky breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sandusky paves the way for another one to be saved.
