Dustin's Story...
This gorgeous and unique-looking Duck Toller retriever mix was rescued from Alabama. He has a beautiful rich brown coat with a light patch on the scruff of his neck that sometimes stands up like a mohawk! He is approximately 6-9 months old. This sweet boy is very shy and needs time and patience to warm up, but he is also very smart, high-energy and playful once he feels comfortable. He is good with dogs and loves kids and we are working on potty training and house manners.
He came to FARR skinny and dehydrated without a lot of interest in eating or drinking, so he got a full vet work up and there is nothing that good meals and a stable home full of love won’t cure. Are you the right one to give him that home? Dustin is fostered with Rebecca in Oldsmar.
