Phoebe was signed over when her previous owner left town. She was clearly very attached, but is slowly adjusting to the shelter. Though it might take her a little bit of time to warm up to new faces, her delight to see you is second to none once you're on good terms. She gets excited when she sees other animals, but is actually very submissive and would never hurt a fly. Phoebe also does fine with kids once she gets to know them. This sweetheart is loving as can be, is she the one for you?
