My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MERCY IS LOOKING FOR YOU!!! Mercy is a young, two year old girl, who we pulled from a high-kill shelter where she had run out of time.... Mercy obviously had puppies recently, but will be spayed before going to her new home. She is a very smart girl and has had some basic training. She is very house-broken...and can 'hold ' for 8-10 hours with no problem. Mercy also sits on command, particularly to have a treatShe feels comfortable wearing a harness but will need some leash training as she still pulls...and is strong! Mercy is also totally non-destructive. She loves to rough-house with her toys, but leaves everything else alone. Mercy really is a GEM!!! Since she is a pure Pitty, we will be exercising extraordinary care in finding a new home for her. Her ideal home would be one or two adults (NO young children as she could knock down a kid), a large, securely fenced yard...and another mellow big (male) dog for her to hang out with. WE believe Mercy has been in at least two homes previously to being 'dumped' and left to die. She deserves so much more....and will repay your love with hugs and big kisses.
