6/13/08 Sara has been adopted down south. We are happy for this sweet girl!

4/29/08 Sara is now available for adtoption. She is a beautiful shepherd girl who needs a home.

3/5/08 Sweet Sara has had a setback. After testing positive for heartworm she needs to stay in care in quiet foster care in the south before she can be cleared to travel. She should be on track for late March or early April. If you think this wonderful shepherd would be right for you, email us today for an application and we'll get you ready to take her home as soon as she is healthy.

11/24/07: Hi I'm Sara! Ok- don't make fun of my ear- it doesn't want to cooperate. I am such a sweet girl, just look at my gorgeous eyes! My owner surrendered me along with my buddy, Jamie. I do still need some leash training, but I very much enjoy being around humans. I get along well with most of the dogs at the shelter (well, the little puppies that jump up and try to bite my face kinda get on my nerves). There is no more room inside or outside this shelter, so I am in a very bad situation!
